We currently use Australia Post to ship your order. Australia Post have the cheapest parcel post rates available, which means you pay less to get your order delivered to your door. They are also able to deliver to more locations than other providers.

We decided to calculate shipping at a flat rate, based on the product, to ensure shipping was affordable for everyone. Shipping is currently $12.95 for all larger products such as books, mugs and jumpers. If you are only purchasing a card or bookmark, we charge a flat rate of $5.95.

Local delivery is currently offered for free to the 2800 postcode to help support local and give back to our community. We aim to be as transparent as possible with our products, pricing and shipping to ensure you know exactly what you are paying for.

Local deliveries will generally arrive within 1-2 business days and nationwide deliveries can be expected in 3-6 business days, once your delivery is with a courier. We do not currently have an express option, but if you require your package by a certain date, please contact us to let us know and we will try our best to get it to you as soon as possible. All orders placed will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

We will email you as soon as your order leaves our hands and is with the post office or courier. You can track your delivery using the tracking number found in the email. You will receive an additional email once the delivery has arrived at its location.

The first thing we ask you to do is check the status of your parcel online.
