Returns Policy

If you’re here, something has gone wrong since we waved your delivery goodbye... oh no! Although we try our hardest to make sure everything is perfect, we are only human. You took the chance on us by purchasing our items so let us help you out now that things aren’t perfect. Because we all want the same thing! Easy, beautiful products delivered safely to your door.

 Damaged Items

Every care is taken to have your items delivered safely, but sometimes accidents can happen in transit. If you have opened your package and found that a product is damaged, please email us at thereadroomau@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the package and include your name, order number and a photo of the damaged item.

You will receive a follow up email to advise on what to do with the damaged item. We will organise to have a replacement item sent as soon as possible or can provide you with a refund for the item that was damaged less the shipping costs.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, unfortunately we do not offer refunds at this time. All purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

Amendments to Your Order

As we endeavour to get your items out to you as quickly as possible, any changes are reliant on where the dispatch is up to. Should an amendment to your order be required, please contact us at threadroomau@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will endeavour to make the changes. If the order has already been dispatched or has been taken to Australia Post, it may be too late to make the changes, but we will do what we can to help you out.

Discount Code and Sale Policy

From time to time, we may offer a discount code for our beautiful customers to use as a way to say thanks! We may also host sales and special events which will be advertised prior to the date. Please note that if you have made a purchase right before a sale period or forgot to use a discount code upon purchase, we are unable to refund the difference of your purchase.
